Professional Experience
Mary, an experienced real estate attorney, joined Stenger, Glass, Hagstrom, Lindars & Iuele, LLP in 2024. A Hudson Valley resident for more than 35 years, Mary holds a bachelor’s degree from Western New England College (now Western New England University) and her Juris Doctorate from Pace University School of Law (now the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University). She has been admitted to practice in the State of New York since 1991.
Mary dedicates her practice to residential real estate transactions, including the representation of individuals in the purchase and sale of homes, as well as lenders in residential mortgage transactions. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association, Dutchess County Bar Association, Mid-Hudson Valley Mortgage Bankers Association, and Mid-Hudson Women’s Bar Association.
While raising her family with her husband, Michael, Mary volunteered as a parent leader in local school and scouting organizations and as a board member of the Vassar Brothers Medical Center Auxiliary and Mother’s Club, while working part-time as a closing attorney, legal editor, and substitute teacher. Her current interests include learning the game of golf and reading.
