Jessica J. Glass is a Partner at Stenger, Glass, Hagstrom, Lindars & Iuele LLP, where she represents a broad range of clients in the areas of business law, liquor licensing, commercial and residential real estate, and business and secured lending. Since joining the firm in 2015, Jessica has become one of the Hudson Valley’s most recognized attorneys in the business and hospitality sectors.

Her practice spans business formation, contract negotiation, commercial leasing, and purchases and sales of stock or assets for companies of all sizes. She is especially known for her work with hospitality and craft beverage businesses— including breweries, wineries, distilleries, cideries, restaurants, hotels, and liquor stores—guiding them through all aspects of New York State and federal liquor licensing and regulatory compliance

In her real estate and secured lending practice, Jessica represents both buyers and sellers in commercial and residential transactions, as well as lenders and borrowers in financing and development projects. Her deep understanding of local markets and her ability to anticipate complex regulatory issues make her a trusted partner for businesses and investors across the Hudson Valley.

Jessica was born and raised in the Mid-Hudson Valley. She began her career as a law clerk at the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and as a litigation associate at Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP in New York City. That early experience in complex civil and appellate matters continues to inform her strategic, detail-oriented approach to business and transactional law.

Jessica has been consistently recognized among the Hudson Valley’s top legal professionals, earning multiple Hudson Valley Magazine “Top Lawyer” honors, including in Real Estate (2023 and 2024) and Business Law (2025). In 2024, she received the prestigious Athena International Leadership Award for her professional excellence, mentorship, and community leadership.

Deeply committed to community involvement, Jessica serves as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for Abilities First, Inc., Governance Committee Chair for Grace Smith House, and Gala Chair (2025) for the Center for the Prevention of Child Abuse’s Champions Against Child Abuse event. She also serves on the board of the Dutchess County Real Estate Charity Golf Tournament and is a proud alumna of the Dutchess County Regional Chamber of Commerce’s Executive Leadership Program.

When she is not working, Jessica enjoys visiting her clients’ breweries and restaurants, long-distance running, and volunteering with organizations that strengthen the Hudson Valley community.
