Professional Experience
Kyle is a native and lifelong resident of the Hudson Valley. Prior to joining the firm, she worked as a staff attorney at Legal Services of the Hudson Valley, locally as an associate attorney and solo practitioner, and most recently as the Deputy Chief Clerk of the Dutchess County Surrogate’s Court, where she fine-tuned her skills in the area of trust and estate administration and guardianships.
At Stenger, Glass, Hagstrom, Lindars & Iuele LLP, Kyle practices in the areas of fire and ambulance, wills, trusts and estates, elder law, long-term care and Medicaid planning with a focus on asset preservation, long-term care Medicaid applications, guardianships, and residential real estate.
Kyle is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the Dutchess County SPCA where she sits on the finance committee and is committee chair for its Pets-4-Vets program, past board member of the Hudson Valley Estate Planning Council, Friends of Seniors of Dutchess County, Mid-Hudson Women’s Bar Association, and the Dutchess Community College Paralegal Program Advisory Board. She is an adjunct professor at Dutchess Community College and the State University of New York at New Paltz, and is a frequent lecturer on topics Elder Law, Estate Planning, and Guardianships.
Kyle received her BA in economics and MBA with a focus on human resources/information systems from the State University of New York at Albany where she was also a scholarship member of its NCAA Division 1 Women’s Tennis Team. She received her JD from Western New England University School of Law where she was a public interest law scholar.
