Joan F. Garrett

Professional Experience

Joan F. Garrett has been practicing law for more than 30 years at Stenger, Glass, Hagstrom, Lindars & Iuele LLP.  Joan concentrates on civil litigation, banking, commercial and residential real estate. While working at Stenger, Glass, Hagstrom, Lindars & Iuele LLP, Joan has been the second seat at many trials and she focuses on discovery, motion practice, legal research and trial preparation.

Joan represents a variety of financial institutions in the residential real estate context. She also represents buyers and sellers in all phases of the real estate transaction process from single family home purchases through the acquisition and financing of commercial properties.

Joan has a BA from Manhattanville College and a JD from Pace University (cum laude) where she was a member of the Law Review. She is admitted in New York State and Connecticut and the Southern District of New York. When she is not practicing law, Joan enjoys traveling, hiking and spending time with her grandchildren.
