Kaitlyn E. Trank is an Attorney at Stenger, Glass, Hagstrom, Lindars & Iuele LLP, where she focuses her practice on residential real estate and estate planning law.
Before joining Stenger, Glass, Hagstrom, Lindars & Iuele LLP, Kaitlyn served as a Law Clerk at Letterio & Haug, LLP in Beacon, New York, where she represented landlords in eviction proceedings, drafted pleadings and motions, and negotiated settlements and payment plans between landlords and tenants. Her experience also includes conducting closings and preparing legal documents for residential real estate transactions, as well as maintaining client communication throughout all stages of the process.
Kaitlyn’s previous legal experience spans multiple areas of practice. As a Legal Intern with The Ahearne Law Firm, PLLC in Warwick, she assisted in preparing briefs, motions, and discovery requests while conducting comprehensive legal research to support complex litigation. She also attended court hearings, depositions, and client meetings, gaining valuable insight into litigation strategy and courtroom procedures.
Earlier in her legal career, Kaitlyn served as a Legal Intern and LiveHelp Operator with LawHelpNY, where she assisted low-income New Yorkers in finding resources to resolve civil legal issues, connecting them with self-help materials and legal aid organizations.
